Luron AI provides a cloud-based AI voice platform designed for intelligent call handling, multilingual conversations, scheduling, and integrations. You agree to use our services responsibly, legally, and in accordance with these Terms. Misuse of the platform is prohibited.

  1. Subscription & Billing
  • Services may renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Pricing details are published at: https://www.luron.ai/pricing.
  • You must provide accurate billing details. Any pricing adjustments will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
  1. Data & Privacy
  • You retain ownership of your data.
  • We use your data solely to provide and improve services.
  • Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and AI model improvement.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All rights to our technology, branding, and services belong to Luron AI, Inc.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services internally.
  • Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages resulting from service use.

  • Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware, on an individual basis (no jury trials or class actions).
